Dear Friends,
Many thanks to all – with your help in donating to and sharing our CrowdJustice fundraiser and brilliant work from Leigh Day and associates we now have a date at which the judge will make a decision on whether the judicial review application will be allowed to go ahead. This will take place at:
Manchester Civil Justice Centre
27 November at 11am, for 1hr.
We will be going along, meeting outside the Manchester Civil Justice Centre at 10.30am and would like to invite supporters along.
Our push to challenge the Environment Agency’s rubber stamp with no real scrutiny (eg no Environmental or Hydrological Assessment) to discharge toxic abstracted groundwaters into outfalls and discharge points on the rivers Ehen and Calder, including where the two rivers meet at the Irish Sea, would not be happening without your help.
It is so important, for their sake and ours to protect what remains of our Atlantic Salmon, Otters and Natterjack Toads from the nuclear waste industry at Sellafield.
Look forward to seeing you then.
Marianne
